I treat individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive training in Focus Marital Therapy (FMT) and have spent hundreds of hours of intensive therapy with distressed couples at Focus on the Family Hope Restored Intensives. I offer short term intensive therapy and traditional weekly therapy. While I use a variety of therapy techniques, my approach is generally emotion focused with a family systems perspective. I have been counseling since 2014.
